This playoff match will be played best of 1 map. Teams will use the pick/ban format and interface used for invite regular season. Be sure to check the pick/ban tab, and be aware of the deadlines for submitting your choices.

The match has been forfeited in favor of Capital 6IX, as thanks I like to thanks has been removed from playoffs due to having many matches overturned from the season, due to having a cheater play in them.
